Re-Introducing Market Financial Solutions
Our CPD Academy doors are opening for their first semester of 2025. We’ll be discussing what we’ve seen during the course of the first quarter, and addressing the expectations for the rest of the year. We will also be re-introducing Market Financial Solutions to brokers through our latest independent research results and how our range of products fit into the specialist finance landscape.
Throughout our educational sessions, we will:
- Outline how property investors are looking to diversify their portfolio throughout the year, and how this deviates from strategies in 2024
- Highlight the increase in use of Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and discuss why this approach is becoming more popular, following the autumn budget
- Share the benefits of different specialist finance products, and the creative solutions they offer
