Market Financial Solutions has been added to New Leaf Distribution’s panel of lenders.
New Leaf Distribution is a financial services organisation that specialises in providing intermediaries with solutions for all their financial planning needs. The addition to the network provides New Leaf Distribution’s appointed representatives (ARs) access to Market Financial Solutions’ entire product range.
Founded in 2006, London-based lender Market Financial Solutions offers both bridging loans and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages. It specialises in handling large and complex loans at pace, offering loans of up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months.
Market Financial Solutions’ experience, coupled with the strength of its funding lines, ensures it can provide certainty to brokers and borrowers.
Its products are also highly flexible. For instance, as well as reducing its bridging rates in June, Market Financial Solutions recently added a new ‘Bridge Fusion’ product to its offering, which is a hybrid of a bridging loan and a longer-term BTL mortgage. With pay rates starting from 3.55% +BBR, and an LTV of up to 75% and a maximum loan size of £20m, New Leaf’s intermediaries can use this product on commercial, mixed use and residential properties.
To help maximise their leverage and loan size, Market Financial Solutions’ clients can also use methods such as deferred interest, rolled-up interest and top-slicing, which are options on its BTL mortgage range already.
