Market Financial Solutions joins The Right Mortgage’s panel of lenders

Market Financial Solutions has joined The Right Mortgage and Protection Network’s panel of lenders.

Market Financial Solutions’ range of residential buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage and bridging products will now be available to The Right Mortgage’s network of brokers, helping them to place and process complex cases requiring a flexible and bespoke approach to lending.

Since launching in 2015, The Right Mortgage and Protection Network has been one of the UK’s fastest-growing financial services networks over recent years. It now has more than 800 member firms nationwide, offering a choice of providers across a range of product categories, in turn allowing its members to service all their clients’ needs in one place.

Founded in 2006, London-based lender Market Financial Solutions offers both bridging loans and BTL mortgages. It specialises in handling large and specialist finance requirements at pace, offering loans up to £50 million with terms between three months and 10 years. Late last year, the lender secured an institutional funding line worth £1.5 billion to support the growth of its loan book.

The strength of its funding lines ensures it can provide certainty for brokers and borrowers alike, as well as flexibility. For instance, its ‘Bridge Fusion’ product range, which launched last year, offers a hybrid of bridging loans and longer-term BTL mortgages.

To help maximise their leverage and loan size, Market Financial Solutions’ clients can also use methods such as deferred interest, rolled-up interest and top-slicing, which are options on its BTL mortgage range already.
